LCZ series shell-and-tube pure steam generator has been designed and produced by drawing reference from "JB20031-2004" Standard. It takes the purified water as feeding water and makes heating by steam to produce the pure steam without bacteria and heat source. The products are of the stable quality and high purity. It conforms with the stipulations and requirements from 2005 Edition of "P. R. China Pharmacopoeia". It is widely applicable for the technological pipeline, vessel, utensil in the industries such as medical treatment hygiene, biology, pharmaceutical, food etc. It effectively prevents from the secondary pollution from impurities such as heavy metal, heat source and so on.
The method of producing steam is very- advanced and we have introduced the foreign hi-tech. It employs tube array falling membrane evaporating and spiral separation and covers small space. Moreover, it delivers a high heat efficiency and can be safely operated.
The machine has two models: Automatic control type and hand-controlled type.
