BR plate type heat exchanger is a novel energy-saving heat exchange equipment. It has the advantages such as high heat transfer effect, compact structure, large handling capacity, simple operation, convenient rising; assembly; disassembly; repair, easily-changed heat transfer area or flow combination etc.
Plate type heat exchanger is composed of the major spares and parts such as heat-transfer plate, sealing gasket, hold-down plate, upper and lower guide-bar, pinch bolt, support etc.
It mainly adopts double helical ripple for the ply ripple. It also has flat and straight ripples. They have the structural characteristic of high ply heat transfer effect. The thermal transmission coefficient can reach to about 2000～5000W/m2·k. Whereas it has comparatively large relative resistance drop.
Plate materials are 304, 316L, industrial pure titanium etc. Sealing gasket materials are acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, terpolymer EP rubber, fluorine rubber and so on. Plate thickness:0.7～1.0mm. Heat exchange area:
1～100 square. meters.
